By downloading, installing, or using the Kidstoria application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Kidstoria is a mobile application that provides personalized bedtime stories for children. The App allows parents and guardians to customize stories with their child's name and preferences.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by adults (parents and guardians) on behalf of their children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App. Children should only use the App under parental supervision.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Kidstoria offers both free and premium content. Premium features require a subscription, which is billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to stories, illustrations, audio recordings, graphics, and software, is the property of Kidstoria or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidstoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
